My Definition of self awareness

What we think, speak, and act defines our self-awareness. Self-awareness is nothing but the quality of being concerned with the human spirit or soul as opposed to material or physical things. Indeed self-awareness is a broad concept with room for many perspectives. In a layman’s language, Self-awareness is a sense of connection to something bigger than us. It typically involves a search for meaning of life. It is a universal human experience that touches us all. People may describe self-awareness experience as sacred or transcendent or simply a deep sense of aliveness and interconnectedness. Your personal definition of self-awareness may change throughout your life, adapting to your own experiences and relationships. Self-awareness is the capacity for introspection and the ability to recognise oneself as an individual separate from the environment and other individuals.

The equanimity is a state where in a person stays clam and composed in varied situations as such as depression and difficult condition. It is composed of – Self awareness with Mental and physical structure.
